Why am I getting an “Unauthorized IP” error while logging to my Naukri's account?

Please share your Network IP Address along with your naukri Username at support@naukri and we'll look into the matter. To know your IP address, please click on any of below mentioned URLs OR contact your Internet Service Provider for the same.

How can I change my Naukri Login Username/email ID?

Send us an email at support@naukri.com along with your existing user-name/email-ID and the new email ID.

How can I RESET the password of my Naukri's account?

Please follow the below steps of click in Forgot password

  1. Click on “Forgot Password”.
  2. Enter your Username/Email id.
  3. You would receive password reset mail.

Whilst changing your password, please keep the following things in mind.

  1. Your Password is case sensitive & it must contain at least one small alphabet (a-z), at least one capital alphabet (A-Z), at least one digit (0-9), at least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ . ?).
  2. Your password must have minimum 8 characters & cannot be the same as the previous 3 set passwords or your user ID.
  3. This Link will be functional for 72 hours only & can be clicked only once.

Why am I getting the error of “I am not a robot” while logging in to my Naukri Account?

This error comes up when your login credentials are incorrect. In order to reset your password please follow below steps OR click on Forgot Password

Forgot password

  1. Click on “Forgot Password”.
  2. Enter your Username/Email id.
  3. You would receive password reset mail.

How to change the registered Company‘s Name in my Naukri‘s Account?

Please send the softcopy of following documents at support@naukri.com along with your user name.

  1. Name change declaration on company’s letterhead (If certificate shows name change, there is no need of declaration.)
  2. Certificate of incorporation/PAN/Service tax registration (Any one)

How to add a sub-user in the Naukri"s Account?

Addition of a Sub-User can only be done by the Super-User' account. Please click on Add Subuser OR follow the below steps:

Add SubUser

  1. Login to Super/Admin user & click “Manage Sub-users”
  2. Click on Add user & fill all the fields with a unique email ID.
  3. Ask the new user to verify the email ID via link shared on email

 

"Please note, post the addition, a Sub-user is required to follow the below steps in order to activate the account: "

  • A verification email will be sent on the added email ID which the user needs to open and click on the verification link.
  • Also, the user will be taken to ‘generate password’ page where he/she can set the same and login to the account.

How to assign permission to users for accessing Naukri's products ( Resdex, Job Posting etc) ?

Only Super-user has the rights to grant the product usage permissions to specific users. For doing the same:

  1. Login to super-user’s account & Click on Manage Subusers
  2. Select the sub-user & click on the ‘Edit’
  3. Check the products under the ‘Permissions’ section, and click on OK

How can I change my registered Mobile number for receiving the OTP?

If you are a subuser - Please mail us at support@naukri.com with your Naukri Username & new mobile number. If you are the main user (Superuser) - Please login to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Login to Super/Admin user & click “Company Profile”
  2. Click on “Edit” id.
  3. Update mobile number with correct country code, click on Save, and then click on Verify Now

Fill Verification code received in SMS & Submit to complete the process

How can I add my Mobile number for receiving OTP to enter into the account?

You can add the mobile number post logging to your Naukri's account via below prompt. If you are not getting the same, please contact your super user or mail us at support@naukri.com with your username & mobile number.

How can I add/change the mobile numbers of my team members for receiving the OTP?

Subusers mobile numbers can be added or modified by super user via below steps:

  1. Login to the superuser's account and click on "Manage Subusers"
  2. Find the desired user name and click on "Edit"
  3. Add/Edit the number in Mobile Number's section and click on OK to save changes.

 

Note: Post adding/editing, the number needs to be verified by each user on login prompt

Why I am not receiving OTP on my Mobile number?

You are eligible to receive OTP on mobile only if the same is added and verified in the account. If you are a subuser and not added the number, please mail at support@naukri.com with your username & mobile number to be added. If the number is already added, please verify it from login prompt:

  1. Enter your login credentials and click on “Verify Mobile Now” in the prompt shown.
  2. Enter the verification code received on the respective Mobile number to complete the verification process.

Enter your login credential again and now OTP will be delivered to your verified number

How can I RENEW my subscription?

Please contact either your Naukri Relationship manager OR drop an email to support@naukri.com with your username.

How can I check my Naukri subscription expiration date/validity period?

You can check your subscription details by login to your Naukri super user account. Once you are logged in,

Can I access my saved CVs/folder even after my Resdex Subscription is expired?

We recommend you to download & save desired CVs on your system before the expiry date, as you would not be able to view them post  the subscription expiry.

How to get the INVOICE of my subscription?

Please contact your Relationship Manager or email at support@naukri.com with your username for the same.

Why is my subscription showing as inactive despite of successful payment?

This could be because of pending KYC at your end. Please check an e-mail from kyc@naukri.com in your mail box. If you have not received any mail or the same is already done, please send us an email at support@naukri.com along with your existing user-name/email-ID.

How can a sub-user be added to the super user id?(ss)1

  1. Go to the section you log out from> click on settings and choose 'Manage Users'.
  2. Select 'Add Users', and enter the desired unique email address and permission to access the products.

Note: A verification link would be sent to the new email id added as a sub-user. Post verification the concerned recruiter would be able to access the Naukri portal.

How can I delete my Naukri recruiter account?

You can delete your account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Naukri Recruiter account.
  2. Tap on the “Request account deletion” present on this page.
  3. You will be presented with a confirmation message highlighting the request for account deletion.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Additional information:

  1. If you are a super-user account deletion requests require approval from your Naukri sales representative.
  2. If you are a sub-user account deletion request require approval from your super-user.
  3. You will receive notification once the deletion process is complete.

Note: If you are absolutely certain you want to delete your recruiter account, you can initiate the request for account deletion by clicking the link below.
