Our Current Requirement: .Net Manager Professionals

 Experience: 10 - 15 Years of exp in .Net, Project Management
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech / MS from Reputed Universities
Job Location: Hyderabad

  • Development Manager with 10 - 15 years experience in the IT industry with strong communication skills, required to help manage release projects on our cutting-edge Payroll or other HCM /Dealers Applications, leading the team using agile development practices.
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience required.
  • Must have originated from a development background, with previous experience in building complex business solutions, experience in web based solutions / products is a must.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies and latest versions which includes .NET framework, C#,ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript ,OO concepts, and design patterns.
  • Proven experience in managing and working on complex web based enterprise applications.
    Must be familiar with non- functional requirements like security, scalability, performance and deployment.
  • Experience in managing Agile projects, experience in Scrum (or similar) is desirable.
  • Able to communicate ideas well, as well as work through complex issues.
  • Ability to discuss and review solutions with all team members.
  • Appraise, discuss and set performance objects with team members.

Environment:

  •  Agile methodologies are used on all project teams. The successful candidate must be happy working in this environment, expressing progress and documentations using concise methods early in the project life cycle (SharePoint, Wiki entries, etc.).
  • This will involve interaction with our US & India teams. Applicant must be flexible in case the requirements of the project means they need to outside of normal hours and willing to work during different time zones.
