Job Title: Lead Design : MEPF
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced MEPF Design with 15+ years of experience in the aviation industry to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for real estate projects. Experience:
15+ years of experience in MEPF design, specifically within the Aviation industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the MEPF design process for real estate projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop comprehensive MEPF design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEPF systems.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to verify adherence to design standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to source materials and equipment for MEPF installations.
- Perform technical analysis and calculations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and testing to verify the functionality of MEPF systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
- Master's degree in MEPF Engineering (preferred).

Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MEPF design principles and practices.

- Experience with energy modeling and sustainability initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
- Ability to perform load calculations and system analysis.
- Strong project management skills.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEPF design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
