Newgen is hiring Lead Business Analyst/ Sr. Consultant for our Chennai Development Center.

Role : Lead Business Analyst/ Sr. Consultant.
Experience: 9 - 12 yrs 
Domain Preference: BFSI / Shared services
Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria:
B.E/ B.tech (CSE/IT/ECE) (OR) MBA (Full time) above 60% through out academics.
X & XII - Above 60% 

Job Description:
  • 7+ years of experience as system analyst for software products like ERP, CRM, BPM, ECM
  • BFSI/ Shared services domain experience is preferred .
  • Understanding of the software product market dynamics and software development processes. 
  • Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills. 
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management & strong analytical ability. 
  • Good experience in Ms-Office and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per project requirements.
